Companion volumes are codex-aligned, but they are not codex-authoritative. They contextualize the Arc I papers. They do not govern, modify, or supersede them.

Companion Volume I organizes the overlay layer: declared overlays, observer-side equations, and representational material.

It does not introduce ontology and does not modify the Arc I codex.
